I need to mass email all members of my group without the members being able to see all the other email addresses for privacy.

I have the right to email them I just dont want the other 100 to see each others email address. Can I do this with Outlook?

I’m part of a company that sells items and I just received an email from the person in charge saying not to sign up this one person because they are fraudulent and owe money. Then the email has the persons name (both used) social security number, address, birth date and license number. I know that this may be fraudulent info, but if some of it is correct can you actually send out a mass email with that kind of information?

I have a ton of email addresses from my site, and I am trying to send a mass email using G-Mail. When I paste the mass list (not formatted with semicolons) GMail says they cant recognize some of the addresses (presumably because there are no semicolons in between them) How/what can I do to accomplish what I am trying to?

I am having a party, and I want to send a mass email (Yahoo) to about 70 of my contacts. BUT:
(1) I don’t want the 70 recipients to be visible in my email.
(2) AND I don’t want anyone able to reply to or make comment to my invite list.
How do I do that??

So would it be in poor taste to send out a mass email to my friends telling them that I am pregnant? They live all over and I don’t see them all the time. Of course I told my closes friends in person but, do I have to do that for everyone?

I would like to email a group of people without all of them getting each other’s email addresses.

My organization is in the beginning stages of building an e-newsletter service. We have many addresses in our address book that we would like to send a mass test-email asking if they would like to subscribe to our future e-newsletter service. How can we send out this mass email without being marked as a spammer?

For example if I send JohnA, JohnB, JohnC, and John D a email how can I get JohnD not to send his reply to all the other John’s just me? I have lots of happy Reply all friends. Does this have something to do with BCC?

I work for a small business (10 people) and I am looking for the most efficient way to mass email. We tried a program called ‘MyMailList Deluxe’, but the messages were all blocked by our isp (Embarq). I’ve been searching for hours, but i can’t seem to find the software to fit my needs.. I think i need software that comes with a subscription to a limitless mail server provider. I’m not sure. Thanks so much in advance.

ok 2 questions, does mass emailing really work? if my email gets to 2 milion people , do you think a good amount of people will goto my site. i have a clothing website i would like to promote…also does anyone know about mass postal mailing? how much does i cost, and is it worth it?
