I recently started my own business with an online store and this email address is my business email! I would like to create my 360 page as a business page and be able to add customers and friends to my friends list! can I do this and how?

I m new to this email marketing just I want to start

I know that people use my e-mail account addresses to send spams because I get their rejects back. I have called my ISP, my URL web servers, etc. and no one can stop people using my accounts to stop the phishing. My customers want my newsletters which I only put out 3 or 4 a year by e-mail. If they didn’t want them they wouldn’t have signed up for them.
