I’m sending out a mass email to past clients using the BCC option. I want ot personalize the email as much as possible by generating every customer’s first name in each email. What email program has this capability?

What would you use it for?
Any features I should add?
Any other software ideas?

Yes thats what I was thinking of doing starting a website cause I have other software I have developed that I could put on there to for cheap, I program to learn but might aswell get something from it
To the second answer:
Sorry about my spelling errors I havent slept in 48+ hours, but I have been doing research and I’ve found mine can do everything all the other ones can and more. Its a perfectly bug free program with no dangerous flaws.
And it wouldnt be for spam and such. More like automated newsletter sending, event info etc..etc..

I’m looking for a program that has
– A to-do list
– Calender
– Memo
– Contacts and email if possible

I don’t want any lite editions, or free trials, just fully free PIM programs. Thanks.

Allow any employee to see the list of all distribution lists (DLs), the email address of each member of each DL, the purpose of each DL, the owner of each DL.

Allow any employee to ask to be added or removed to/from a DL; based on the policy of the DL, this could be automated (with another policy for that DL which specifies whether anyone should be notified) or it could require approval by an admin for that particular DL.

I am member of various online networking platforms, like LinkedIn, Xing and Plaxo, maintaining numerous contacts in each. I can export my connections in each platform in Excel lists each comprising at least 3 fields: Name, Surname, email.

I need a flexible software tool/application that will help me compare the members of 2, or perhaps more, lists and let me identify/extract non-common members.

One practical value of this list processing action is that it will help me invite people already connected in one platform to another one, avoiding invitations to existing connections in the second platform.

Could you please suggest me a suitable software tool (either free or commercial but not web-based)?

Imagine copying a list of mailing addresses from a website, and pasting them into Excel. You get one column of data.

I need separate columns for Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, Website, etc.

Please answer if you know of free software to do this, or can explain how to do this with Excel, or with maybe a script or MS Access…

I have been listing email addresses into different worksheets. In column A I have the names of the people and in column B I have the email address. How do I turn the worksheet into a mass email list? Or is this even possible? (if this is impossible I’ve have been wasting soooo much time. ) Thanks!

We our working on a mailing list and are finding it difficult to keep track to duplicates, etc., as the list has grown to over 10,000 entries and it is only going to get larger. Does anyone know of any good mailing list management software?
We have been using access as our primary way of storing data. I am more specifically looking for something to find and remove duplicates.

Say someone sent you an e-mail where you were addressed with another hundred people and their e-mail addresses. Can you copy these automatically (other than one at a time) into a new distribution list in your Outlook? If so, how can it be done?
