I own a real estate investment company. We buy and sell residential and commercial real estate. I am looking to see if email lists are available for groups of active real estate investors/investment companies. Obviously, I want them to be opt-in lists open to receiving listings of properties we have for sale.

I’m using a source right now that offers foreclosure and absentee owner mailing lists. However, this website does not offer probate mailing lists, and was wondering if any experienced real estate investor has a source for finding these probate mailing lists via online. Thanks.

I currently work for a broker with 15 realtors. I assist them with computer organization, troubelshooting, custom direct mail, ad layouts, mailing lists etc. My broker allows me to help them to a point but then they are on their own. I’m limited which has made me bored and can’t get upgraded software for my work computer to even learn more. Lately some realtors have been asking if I can freelance for them and said I could make alot doing this on my own. Does anyone else out there do this kind of work rather than in-office? I’m curious how successful it can be.

I need to find a provider if possible that provides rentable databases or mailing lists of people who rent in the 44139 zip code. I am looking for one that allows a low minimum purchase such as $25.00. Many of them require a $75 up to $500 minimum and that is not acceptable becaue I am only doing very small mailings.
