preferably not yahoo or anything but if that’s the only uncomplicated way, then how do I use yahoo to do this?

I am looking for the best easiest free email list provider possible i want something that i can import all my email address i have then create an email like a newsletter and then send it from there without having a real low restriction on how many i can send per month. Thanks

This needs to be able to handle many thousands of subscriptions and will be installed on its own server.

What is out there to do bulk mailing as well as manage subscribers?

I want to have a members only area of my site and only give access to people that subscribe to my newsletter. I can do this easily enough by protecting the directory and adding users manually to it, bit I’d like to find a way to add the user and assign the password automatically and generate at email back to the users email telling them their login info. Is there a 3rd party tool that can accomplish this? So I want a user to fill out a web form, have that automatically add them to my mailing list as well as give them access to my members only directory, and generate an email back to them with the login credentials. Of course, I would want them removed if they opt out.

My newsletter management software can’t do this, and I haven’t found one that can.

I’d like to make a mailing list application on my myspace musicians page (http://www.sevenyearnight.com). I don’t want to have to sign up and pay any fee, I just want the html code for a mailing list application/box.

All the others I tried are either rubish or don’t work.

I am trying to put a function on my website that allows users to subscribe to my mailing list. I have little knowledge of server technologies. I only know html and flash any links and info will be helpful!! Thanks
