Does anyone know where is the DHS STEM Designated program list the OPT extension?? Please give the actual page link.

Does MS Accountancy qualify? I am wondering what sort of morons sit in DC who make these laws. Why did they not make it for all majors. I changed my program from MMIS (Management Information Systems) to Accountancy because of the high demand for IT Audit/Tax.

Now it seems that the OPT extension is only for STEM. Don’t these morons know that there are so many hybrid degrees these days???? Who gets to decide what falls under STEM. I bet these people in congress aren’t educated enough to think critically. The program I did had any 4 electives different from MMIS.

Is there a list of companies which use E-verify as a service to verify employee citizenship? What are the rules pertaining to E-verification if you are on your OPT on F1 visa?
