I don’t want to buy an email list, I want to get in touch wibusiness owners who have a large client (email) list

Our Website is a vacation rental directory. People frequent our site to place inquiries for homes which owners showcase on our directory. When they inquire they opt into receive information from us. Does anybody have any recommendations for a list management system that can handle hundreds of thousands of email addresses without being incredibly strict on complienace. We’ve used some before but they tend to be for smaller businesses. What company works well for corporations or large companies like ours?

I’m subscribed to a political mailing list to which I’d like to be able to respond, not to the sender but to everyone on that list.

Yep I’ve checked every page and I’m never anywhere on it.
No sorry what I mean is I never appear on the list of subscribers to their account.

I have over 20 million email addresses in an opt-in email list that I purchased and I would like to know how to send them all out.

Where can I find a company to rent an email list from? How do people find an email list relevant to their industry?
I think the term is “opted in”? How do I ensure these companies sell opted in lists? I don’t want ot take a chance to spam people.

I have 189 subscribers and the 4th most subscribed for the list has like 50 something….HELP!!!!!

I’ve got a campaign running and I would like to set up a list to collect e-mails from subscribers and allow me to download it into an excel table of email addresses.

Are there any free / low cost software or (preferably) online list management websites that you can recommend? I’ve tried searching on Google but I’m not sure what search terms to use.

Here’s what I would like to happen:

1) subscribers visit a website to leave their contact details to sign up to my newsletter alerts

2) I visit the website and download the emails of the subscribers into an excel file.

3) I upload the excel contacts into my existing email software to get in touch with my subscribers.
