I have heard that in order to promote products on the internet you need an opt in list.

I understand what an opt in list is but, how do I go about creating a list? Is it hard?

is there any way to search for a list of local businesses email addresses online? I am doing some marketing and I need a list of a variety ( non specific) of business email addresses. I dont mean to try to get some information that is private, since most businesses have their email addresses on business cards etc. Anyone know how to go about getting a list??/

how can you copy your msn friend lists to a new account / email?

i want to make a new email… and move all my friends email to the new email without adding them again one by one.. how can you do that the easy way?.. anybody know?
when you do that.. does the ppl on my list get a request? or do i have to talk to them one by one and tell them to add me?
