I tried adding my business email address to my list of addresses, but it still goes into my spam folder.
I need them to go directly to my inbox. It is difficult to weed them out of my spam folder when they are among hundreds of other emails.
Went to spam folder, opened email and pressed “not spam.” They moved to my inbox. I then sent another test email and it went to my spam folder again.
The address does not show in blocked addresses.

I have since solved this problem by moving my forwarded business mail to Gmail.

I need to establish a second (business) email account, which I’ve done. Can’t I import or otherwise share my personal email account’s contact list (address book) with my new (separate) yahoo email account??? Help! THANKS so much!

I would like to create a receiver list that can be used by all email users within my business email domain (sablenetworks.com).

I don’t want to have each user create his/her own list. I want for this list to be created by the administrator and be made available to all users within the domain.

Allow any employee to see the list of all distribution lists (DLs), the email address of each member of each DL, the purpose of each DL, the owner of each DL.

Allow any employee to ask to be added or removed to/from a DL; based on the policy of the DL, this could be automated (with another policy for that DL which specifies whether anyone should be notified) or it could require approval by an admin for that particular DL.

But you were wrong! I googled do not email list, and entered my email add. in the last 2 days instead of getting 300 emails I only received 17 so thats how you do it thanks anyway!!!!!

Our HOA is managed by a smaller local management company. I also serve on our local HOA board with 2 other neighbors. This morning I called our management company about a leak in our building and was totally distracted by this comment. Manager” I was just making out my Christmas List for my properties”. Me ” what do you mean? ” Manager” you know how we sent out David and Harriets gift baskets?” Manager ” your hoa president was kind enough to email our management company and stated this” ” Dear Management, if you are going to send out Christmas presents this year, please do not send me any fruitcakes and I do not like fruitcake!” Me ” I am soo soo soo embarrassed, and ashamed that our president said this! Please do not let this be a reflection on the rest of our board!~”

Personally I am mortified that an adult professional woman would send that email to our hired management company! Is there anyway to make sure they understand how apologetic I am for this assss??

My company just started sending out newsletters to our customers but we have a few thousand that we have no email address. Looking for a service that will get these for us.

I’m trying to set up a list of names/email addresses that I can just click a button and a bunch of email addresses show up to send email. I keep trying to add categories but it won’t let me. Basically I would like to hit compose insert a bunch of email addresses with one click and start my message. Is this possible? I would like different lists for different types of emails, for instance a forwards list, business list, party list, family list, etc. Thanks for you help!

Genuine emails sent by my friend are going to bulk folder. I want to know how to add his email id to white list and have his emails put into my inbox. I am presently transferring them to inbox manually though I have included his name to my contact list.

Any one may like to guide me suitably.

i’m sending newsletters biweekly and i have just over 520,000 subscribers. basically 1,040,000 a month and i need a good program so i can just setup the newsletter and let it run through the list. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.
