We have owned a western store now for 2 1/2 years and still do not have a good list of our customers for mailings…etc… I do not know if they should fill out cards or sign name/address into a book or what. Any suggestions? What do other stores do?

The integrity of a friend’s email address was compromised by FanBox. FanBox tricked him (a new internet user) into giving them his email address and password. Since then I’ve been spammed twice a day or more… Research shows it won’t quit but I’d only encourage more spamming if I respond by clicking the “Take me off your list” link. Has anyone ever successfully been removed from FanBox’s emailing lists?

I put forward on an e-mail that I wanted to send to someone else, then I brought up my e-mail list.I choose the name I wanted and it come out on a blank e-mail, not the e-mail I wanted to forward…I really **** this new format.Please let me go back to the old one!!!!
