I happened to stumble on the email address of an evil person, and had some questions

1. How illegal is it to sign someone’s email up for an email list? I don’t mean **** or something illegal – I mean things like signing up a guy for the Victoria’s Secret list or for free tampon samples.

2. How do they track people like this, especially if you do it at a public library?

Me and my husband just started a small business in Computer Repair, I have an idea about sending postcards out to local residents and businesses so we can get more business in. I was able to find a site whom will make the custom postcards for us for $25 for 250 which is GREAT but Im having a problem in finding a direct mailing list or a generator of mailing list addresses. Does anyone know of any sites that sell these list for cheap or a free generator ????? Also wanted to ask about postage, what would be the cheapest way to go about sending bulk mail out.

I’m using a source right now that offers foreclosure and absentee owner mailing lists. However, this website does not offer probate mailing lists, and was wondering if any experienced real estate investor has a source for finding these probate mailing lists via online. Thanks.

Im trying to make a mailing list for the area of Woodbridge, VA ie for Current Residents but im having a problem figuring out the numbering system to the homes. IE Halifax Road states the houses are numbered from 1800-1807 & 1806-1999 now i know there are not that many houses on that street so what is the system that they use to number houses. Or if you have ideas of how i can make a mailing list I’d greatly appreciate it.

I want to set up a Yahoo mailing list to send out newsletters.
I own a domain name and I would like to use that rather than my Yahoo email.
Is that possible, and if yes, how do I go about setting it all up?
