There is no opt-out option or remove me option. I try to reply to the e-mail to get removed, but I keep getting them back saying that they did not go through. That that address does not exist. Is there anything I can do. Please help. I’m tired of going to sleep and waking up to 100’s of bulk mail.

We our working on a mailing list and are finding it difficult to keep track to duplicates, etc., as the list has grown to over 10,000 entries and it is only going to get larger. Does anyone know of any good mailing list management software?
We have been using access as our primary way of storing data. I am more specifically looking for something to find and remove duplicates.
