im sure if their sold you can find it for free, and i am talking about email

I have been getting spam emails from myself, my name, and also from my own yahoo account with links in them, which I have not clicked on. Everyone on my email list is getting these emails as if they are coming from me. What should I do? Would it help for me to delete my account and get a new account?
