I need to know the top companies that sell lists, send out mass emails and then provide analysis on the success of the marketing (e.g. # opens, # forwards, etc).

Thanks!

There’s this job I would love, and it says to apply to yada yada address, and then it lists an email address and fax number. Can I just email my resume instead of mailing it? I’ve always emailed instead of mailed (even when a mailing address was listed) with other jobs (which seemed fine), but I just want to doublecheck because this one’s extra important to me.

ApartmentToolKit.com – Karen Deis says that once you have the mailing addresses for apartment complexes, you are constantly marketing to new people because the address never change, but the people who live do.

Have they worked or are they a waste of money?

I am looking for a company that provides mailing lists for my real estate business. I would like to be able to generate lists of out of town owners, owners with delinquient taxes, etc.

Does anyone know of a good mailing list provider that can give me detailed information like this?

If so, why is it legal to purchase mailing lists with the intention to send out mass mailings and make telemarketing campaigns? Will someone please help me with the legalities of this practice? I have been researching it for days. Laws regarding email and electronic spam are very clear, but snail mail is much fuzzier.

I’ve never donated to a political campaign, but I do get mailings from my local Representative since I’m a constituent.

I assume that if you donate to one of the political campaigns you will receive mailings from them. Is this true? Is there a way to donate without being put on a mailing list?
