I have a niche website that has 13,000 subscribers. An advertising agency has contacted me wanting to use my subscriber list to send out an email blast. I don’t want to rent or sell my email list as it is against my privacy policy but I am open to sending out their blast myself.

So you are against selling the list because it is part of your privacy policy…. but the almighty dollar will convince you to spam your own subscribers?
You going to check if any of these 13000 subscribers to see if they opted out of receiving any of these offers you are sending out?
