I am a part of a group at work. We do a lot of e-mailing. We are spread out acroos the country. I have created a distrbution list with all the people I need in it. I started out by just sending the distribution list file to the the people and they are e-mailing me back saying that it is blank. Is there any way to do this?

Why do it that way.

Just send out an e-mail to the group, have them save it, then when they need to contact the group they just REPLY TO ALL, edit the e-mail title, edit the contents, send it.

Also, surely you have a mail system at work that can have groups set up as individual e-mail adresses, thats how we do it here.
