How can i e-mail jokes or info. to all on my address list when i can’t get past the 1st 25 on my address list

I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEND E-MAIL JOKES TO ALL ON MY ADDRESS LIST & NOW I CAN’T GET PAST THE FIRST 25 PEOPLE ON MY E-MAIL LIST. HELP!
