I have now asked a company five times in the past 2 weeks to remove me from their mailing list yet they keep sending me email. Can I sue them and earn a judgment for this continuous act?

No, there aren’t any damages. G Bush was supposed to get rid of the problem, maybe he can help.

No, you can’t sue. What you can do is put your address on the national do no mail list.

You can register here:

Even if you put yourself on the do not mail list they have a certain amount of time to remove you from the list and I am sure its more then 2 weeks.

There is usually a unsubscribe button on the bottom of the page.
Why would you sue someone for not taking you off of there list?
What is this world coming to. Idiots!!

Litigation is the sport of kings.

Go ahead and sue.

The lawyer’s will want a nice retainer fee.

Oh, by the way, you have to prove damages.

What are your damages???

Yes, but can you prove to a small claims court that you requested they remove your information…that’s the catch. It’s easier to send a letter of complaint to the Attorney General’s Office in your State.
