Unfortunately no. Usually when you get on a spammers list, it also gets sold to other spammers, multiplying the problem. And if you ever reply to any of them, you simply verify to the spammers that yours is an active email addy & they will flood you with even more spam.
You can use spam filters but they are of limited effectiveness. The best thing is to get a new addy & start all over. Use separate disposable addys for registering online, for chatting, for buying online, etc, and keep your new addy pristine.
