You can’t “find” mailing lists unless you’re at a mail order company and you “find” a CD “lying around”. IOW, unless you steal it.
Mailing lists are sold. They’re worth what you pay for them. ($7.95/1,000 names are just names – not good leads. 20 cents/name might be decent.)

There is no reason for wanting lists like this unless you want to use them to forward spam or similar reasons -
I am not after points just saying there is no need for it -
