I need to find a LOCAL email list for Ann Arbor, MI. How can I find such a list?

I run a new Local Business in Ann Arbor and need to get the word out on my services but can’t seem to find a LOCAL email list. Please help.

Buying or renting email list is basically spamming and against the CAN-SPAM Act law. Emails should only be sent to those who have agreed to receive your marketing emails. If they did not, then it is spamming and you can be liable for it.

I would suggest just buy direct mail lists, not email lists. Direct marketing is not illegal, and many people are finding success in this strategy.
