One way is to put an ad in local newspapers and magazines (and in addition, perhaps an ad in the local radio station) saying that you are going to give free of charge the booklet “Not single anymore…how to find your other-half” (or similar title) to the persons who send you their email address -and accept to receive some emails from time to time-
The only cost would be:
to write the booklet (just a couple of pages)
the ad (s) on the (local / regional) newspapers / magazines or ads on the local radio station…
