Your question does not make sense, unless you mean mail merging a document, which is, to my knowledge, not possible in the .pdf format.

You can batch create a buch of individualised .pdf documents fairly easily using mail merge, I suppose, but you’d have to seperately program some sort of application to batch send them via e-mail. Unless some enterprising soul has already done this for you and is now trying to sell it.

If you want to email a PDF file to a mass of recipients, you can try A-PDF Mailer. This software helps you to send emails to multiple recipients at the same time, and you can attach PDF files as your wanted, you can even stamp the PDF file with unique recipient information.
