Where can I get cheap mailing lists from anywhere?

I’m doing a business and I need to mail some postcards to some companies. where do i get cheap but quality lists from companies online?

Why not create your own?

If you want to email companies with a specific need, then create a pdf report that addresses that need with teaser information but still make it have value, then if they want more they use a link at the end of the report to go sign up for your list.

If you don’t want to start from scratch, what I do is buy Private Label Rights kits and use the graphics to create my own product to say anything I want it to.
