I blocked all bulk mail.
There is also an unsubscribe on some of those sites.

Relax, I know what you’re going through, because it’s happened to me! I’ve got the spam under control now, peace of mind, you can get outta the mess too! follow my tips:

• Create a separate email account for the survey sites.

• With your separate email account, also use AddressGuard, as an extra layer of protection. If a spammer spams the disposable address, simply delete it, and problem solved. (I don’t mean deleteing your survey site email address)

• Tweak your Spam settings so spam is auto-deleted when it reaches the spam folder.

• mark the spam that reaches your inbox as spam.

How to Protect Your Primary Email

• Tweak your Spam settings so spam is auto deleted when it reaches your spam folder, and also mark spam that reaches your inbox as spam.

SpamGuard will get better at filtering spam as time goes on.

There is no way to get off the mailing list, i’m afraid that every spammer in the world will have you on their list, don’t open them, because it’ll send a message back to them that you received it and that you’re a valid email address, which will attract more spammers. Personally I think these survey sites should be sued, especially the ones that claim to keep your email address private.

Use my advice above, and you’ll have your peace of mind back.

P.S. A good website to make money is cash crate .com I got a check for $30 from them, take a few of my tips for it:

• When they ask for your phone number, use a cell phone number, to protect your primary phone number.

• Avoid the Nielsen Net Ratings offer, because their panelist software contains spyware.

• Wait for some of your offers to be approved before doing more, so you don’t get jipped.

• Careful with the offers on requesting info, because the calls will not stop.

Good luck!
