I need to find business that have a min. of 10,000 customers on their email lists. Where can I these biz at?

There are lots of companies that selling these kind of email databases. You need to becareful and make sure that the data that they are selling is proper data. Search in google with this phrase and you will find lots of companies:

Also if you need a software to send emails use verticalresponse.com as they are really good with the stats and …
