Is there a list of email commands for Yahoo Group management for an owner without a Yahoo ID?

The group was established before Yahoo ID’s were needed I guess. Need email commands the owner can use to add a moderator or pass ownership on to another user. Is there an email command reference list?

No, the only email commands now are the sub/unsub ones. All management is being handled through the website, and users must be logged in to even see their groups.
