Are “Opt-Out” forms really necessary to fill out if your on the “Do Not Call List”?

If a company provides my info. to another company, I don’t think they can call me because I’m on the “Do not call list”.
Only companies that I have personal dealings with can call me.
Correct?

Good luck on that. If there’s the least relationship between the caller and who you’ve done business with, they will call. Plus, I don’t think the law is being enforced.
