Why is one person on my email list getting double emails?

Why is one person on my email list getting double emails from me?She is only once on my address book yet receives double each time. What is going on and which end is at fault. How do I take care of this problem..

This is a Yahoo glitch at this time. It will stop on it’s own. There is nothing you can do. Yahoo has been working on the sites causing many issues for everyone. Someone just said one of their contacts has gotten over 400 of the same email, so count your blessings.
