I tried adding my business email address to my list of addresses, but it still goes into my spam folder.
I need them to go directly to my inbox. It is difficult to weed them out of my spam folder when they are among hundreds of other emails.
Went to spam folder, opened email and pressed “not spam.” They moved to my inbox. I then sent another test email and it went to my spam folder again.
The address does not show in blocked addresses.

I have since solved this problem by moving my forwarded business mail to Gmail.

You’ve already added the business address to your address book—that’s essential.

Now go to Spam folder and open each of those mails and, then click the “not spam” tab, and they will be returned to your inbox, and should go there from now on.

Go to “Options” It is above your email
Click on “Mail Options”
Click on “Blocked Addresses”
Click on the Address you want to remove block
Click on “Remove Block”
This should remove the block and allow it to start coming into your inbox.
Hope this helps!!!
