Where can I find a list of address for free to do a postcard mailing for my new business?

I am expanding my business and got some postcards printed through Vista Print. I would like to mail them to residents in a couple of zip codes, but can’t find a list of address for free. Most places want thousands of dollars for them. Where can I find a free list of address?

county tax appraiser website. You can enter an area and it will provide a list of names and address that you can import to most e-mail programs.
