Go to, put in your area, and get a map... then look for a link that says something like, "find nearby businesses" Put in florists, and see what you get. Those are free and you can copy/paste them into a Word document for later use. Also you can use the yellow pages. If they can afford those ads, they can afford your product. If you do a Google search, you probably can find mailing lists, but those aren't very good because they generally are expensive and aren't "fresh." Start simple.
