If you are using Outlook Express (or probably similar in others), Open your Address book and click “New Contact” then drop down the list to “New Group”, Give the group a name like ‘mail list?’ Then add the addresses of the people you want to send to, to that group. When you open Outlook Express ‘New Mail’ you just click “Mail List” and everybody’s name goes in the address bar. Hope that helps. And please select a best answer from the people who try to help you.
