Emails like this one typically aren't from people who are willing to just unsubscribe you. Do not click on the links in the email. Preferrably, don't open the email at all.

The only thing you can do is click on the "Spam" button. This will send a copy of the email to Yahoo! customer care. One of the things this does is to block the senders from the inboxes throughout Yahoo!

if your using a yahoo email then you can go to your email page and on the top of the page click on options and go to your spam settings and click on the box that says to delete spam immediately.
It will stop the emails coming through.
A few might slip by but you can report them as spam and it will go into the spam folder and delete as it is received with future emails.
Another thing I do is create an account that I religiously use only for email from friends. I never use that email for contests, or websites I visit requesting me to register on their website. That will eliminate them also.
I hope this takes care of it for you.

In Yahoo Mail you can go to "Options">> Spam Protection >> and turn on Spam Guard. That will get rid of a lot of the junk mail. Then you can block the addresses of the ones that get through the Spam Guard. I have done that and I get very little junk mail.

If it's not something that you subscribed to in the first place, then NEVER EVER unsubscribe. All that does is tell the sender that they have actually gotten a real address. Some spam mail is sent to a generated list of receivers and they don't always hit real addresses.

the best bet is to just not open the email in the first place. if you open it, the spammer knows that your email is still active and will continue to send your more spam. so log into your inbox and delete any emails that have any weird subject lines or strange sender emails. that's what i do, and i barely get any spam now!

there should be something at the bottom of the advertisement that states that you can unsubscribe from them or just block them.
