The boxes do not have an “x” in the right upper corner and I cannot delete them. They interfere with my ability to delete messages in my email lists, because they cover the small box on the left of the message that’s used to delete or move the message.
The answer I got, to wave the cursor once over the ad box and it will go back to where it’s supposed to be, did not work. Also it didn’t tell me how to not have the ads intruding onto my email.

These ads are cursor activated, we don’t even know when we do it. Just wave you cursor over it once and it will go back to where it is supposed to be. We can’t get rid of the ads, they pay the bills for Yahoo so we can have Yahoo free, Yahoo Mail Plus has no ads, but you pay for that.
