I think if you look for surveys and questionnaires you can usually put in your address and the junk will start coming (both online and offline). Also, if you go to stores and sign up for those awards-cards at stores and restaurants, you’re bound to get stuck on a list or two.

Go to the websites of your favorite companies. Most have a sign up for advertising. The junk will flow!
